  About KFUPE PAC
 
Kansas Families United for Public Education Political Action Committee (KFUPE PAC) was formed in 2002, in order to be able to work more effectively in the political arena. KFUPE PAC members have united to provide information about and support those candidates, regardless of party affiliation, who support Public Education.

KFUPE PAC has its own board of Directors and an endorsement committee made up of members from across the state.

The endorsement committee for 2006 consists of the following members:

Barbara Fuller - Sedgwick County
Terry Gurss - Johnson County
Scott Henson - Shawnee County
Judy Lair - Cherokee County
John Lay - Sedgwick County
Dennis McCurdy - Johnson County
Keith Miller - Riley County
Denny Senseney - Sedgwick County

Some members of the KFUPE Board serve on the KFUPE PAC board, but many do not. The two organizations share similar goals but maintain separate identities.
